I would wish to write that indyahozting.com was never a customer friendly service provider from the beginning.
A new face of ravi iyer used to be there at time of hosting the site and after that you would see a new overall look of him.
Servers continously crashed, hacked on indyahozting.com and indyahozting never bothered to be customer friendly.
At times the customers used to try calling the support desk at indyahozting but no one was there to actually attend the phone calls.
Now one fine day customers get mail stating that services from ravi iyer is closed.
All a bull shit. Indya hozting Sucks.

Beware of INDIAHOZTING.
I am also a victim of Indiahozting. My site is closed because Indyahozting not responding. I could not renew my hosting account. There is no person who can attend calls or reply emails.
This company has bad support system. No responsible person. It is a great loss if your site involved in e-business.
So DON'T CHOOSE INDYAHOZTING IF YOU NEED PEACE OF MIND. Now all staff in on long leave. They are neither replying email nor picking mobiles.
This company is almost closed.
well, if you didn't like the company you should not have gone for it in the first place.
why didn't you go to godaddy or some other trusted provider? were they too expensive for you?
New management has brought lot of changes in the system its much better and Live Chat support is always there to help when ever you have any issues.

I am glad to know that some one is there to assist their customers. No one was their when customers were crying for their even a small issues. No one was replying on Live chat, No one was replying through ticket system, No one was replying emails.
Customer should wait for 1 year or 6 months for management change if his/her site is down or his/her domain name was going to expire?
On Thursday 15 May, 2008 all customers got an email written by Alfred P. regarding management change even after this email no change was there. IT IS FACT. Please check your records.
It can be OK but NO GUARANTEE it will not happen again.

Anyway, we do not want to pass any comments regarding the past, however we are managing the project to the best of our level. After we have taken over the management we have made 100 of satisfied customer and we will continue with this service until Our customer feels that they are dealing with the best and professional people out there. Who are always online to help them out in any case how major or minor let the issue be, someone is taking care of it, is'nt it ?
Its really hard for us to maintain the service level, as the customer still think they will never get help in future, in this case also we are struggling to get all our customer back and provide them a good service level upto their satisfaction.
Its not we who can guarantee you this, but its you (Our Customer) who can guarantee this. All we can guarantee you is "Satisfaction guaranteed !!"

I've spent a lot of my life in customer service oriented fields. I always approached such opportunities as offering customer satisfaction services. Customers are the lifeblood of every organization. Customer satisfaction will be the mainstay of our company.
I've written about customers a few times. And I've often wished I could teach them all the first rule of problem satisfaction. -- "Present a problem. Present a solution."
As we all know, support tickets can be sensitive issues for customers and technicians alike. Providers are judged by their promptness and effectiveness in resolving support cases. A host can have the best network and outstanding hardware, but if they're not backed by a competent support system, their business will suffer.
The economy can be a challenge. But I'd rather focus on customer satisfaction. And how we, as customers, can increase or decrease our satisfaction rates. It's not enough to have good support personnel on the other end. We (as customers) need to accept responsibility for our role in a successful support exchange. I'd just as soon pass this discussion off to our first featured thread which examines how we can get the most out of our provider's support department.

It may be possible that there are some improvement in your system. It may be possible your Professional staff feel glad to assist your customers.
But neither you can delete history of Indiyahozting nor you can rewrite. It is truth forever.
I never forget that black days in my whole life when I was crying for help and all your professionals were sleeping by putting cotton in their ears.
Now let this issue on your present customers, to judge. What they are expecting and what they are getting.
I hope you will not repeat the history of Indyahozing and you will maintain high level of customer support.
I am trying to contact Indyahozting from over a week, My all websites are down and I am unable to access my hosting account. I have no idea how to contact them via phone. I wish i could have there US details, Should have sued them for million dollars for not providing proper service.
